As part of the reservation process, we ask for the age and / or date of birth of persons under the age of 18 within the travel party. Marketing : Where you have given your consent to daily blogzone, daily blogzone will use your information for marketing purposes to contact you regularly about offers, news and competitions that we think you may be interested in.

If you want to know what information we hold about you, a so-called Subject Access Request, or want to update or correct your information, send an email. There are no costs associated with a separate access request, but daily blogzone can request a small fee for multiple copies. You will be asked for an ID proof. All requests are met within one month.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing / promotional emails, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of each email that we send via the link.

Please note: if you unsubscribe from promotional contacts, you will still receive essential calls, text messages and email messages that specifically relate to a booking you have with us.

If you book a holiday or order a brochure, we believe that we can demonstrate that we have a legitimate interest in using your information for certain marketing purposes, such as sending you a brochure for the following season, but the choice is always up to you. Collecting information through your use of our websites, apps and booking services:

Share information with third parties:

These third parties include:
Travel partners: if your booking contains a ferry, flight, hotel, car rental, etc., your personal details will be shared with the relevant travel partner for your booking, such as Sunny Cars or Sun Transfers.

Payment partners: 
your information is shared to process payments for your holiday. Our payment partner uses Internet standard encryption technology, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts your credit card and debit card information before it is sent.

Marketing database partners:
your information is shared with our marketing database partners to facilitate holiday announcements such as pre-departure emails as well as marketing communication (if you have agreed to this) as well as managing “email suppression lists”

Documentation partners: 
your information is shared with a document provider to produce your holiday documents, for example your park folders and accommodation vouchers, and to conduct direct marketing campaigns, for example a brochure to inform you about upcoming new destinations (for which you have given permission to marketing)

Feedback partners:
your information is shared with a feedback partner to send surveys after your holiday so that you can provide feedback about your holiday at daily blogzone.

Postal partners: 
your information is shared with a postal partner to, for example, carry out brochure campaigns (where you have given permission to receive brochures).

Promotion agencies: 
if your booking is a promotion booking (for example Groupon) then your personal data will be shared with that agency.

Technical infrastructure: 
your information can be stored on third-party hardware, for example a server room supplier used in the management of daily reservation systems, or a website / marketing analysis company for analysis or the provision of a web chat service.

Where a duty exists:
 If we are required to disclose or share personal information to comply with a legal obligation and / or to enforce or apply other agreements between you and us (for example, collection agencies).

Legal Requirements: 
Wherever we are required or permitted to do so by law, court order, search warrant or the like that is offered to dailyblogzone by law enforcement officials or government employees.

These companies are all based in the European Union, except our web chat service provider that stores your information in the European Union and the United States of America.

If our company is sold or integrated with another company, your information may be disclosed to our advisers and any buyers' advisers and passed on to the new owners of the company.

My daily blogzone:
If you book a holiday, you will automatically be registered with the My daily blogzone service. As part of this process, we need your name, email address and we may ask you for other information, such as your date of birth, for example to update your personal data or to make online purchases in the future. Your name and booking reference are required to securely log in to My dailyblogzone.

We also use this information to allow us, our brokers and intermediaries working on our behalf to provide you with this service, including facilitating your use of our My daily blogzone service. This information is also used to identify you when you visit our websites, including to log into your account and to check whether the applicable insurance coverage has been purchased in the event of a claim.

Links to external websites:
Our websites can link to a number of external websites, such as Facebook. If you click on one of these links, you acknowledge that your access to such websites will be subject to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of these websites.

daily blogzone has no control over how your information is used by these websites, where it is stored, and as such, any action you may take regarding the alleged misuse of such information must relate to the owners of the website concerned.
